SHOWREEL 2O15 - PLEASE WATCH IN HD - SOUND ON

This is my latest showreel: a compilation of images, clips and virtual reality from various visualization projects I did during the last year. Please enjoy!

About me

My name is Eloisa Conti.

I’m an Architect, a CG and 3d architectural visualization artist based in Italy. In 2013 I graduated from the University of Alghero with a first class honours Master degree in Architecture. I currently work as interior and visual designer and construction visual specialist involved in many interior and architecture visualization projects

My 3D visualisations are pictures that were never photographed. I start out with sketches, drawings or construction data and finish by making it possible even early on for ideas to be grasped and experienced.

Skills

As an Architect, I developed very strong skills in producing digital imagery, which helped me realize my passion for 3D artistry.

My goal is to create environments that are able to immerse those interacting within and transport them somewhere that would not otherwise be accessible in the real world.

Take a look at !!!

It’s always sunny in CGI land: the shadows are always sharp and the surfaces shiny. But perfection takes time, hard graft, and a willingness to get our hands digitally dirty. In a place where nothing’s real, creating reality takes care, takes planning, and takes a great deal of imagination.

Stages in the Development Process

stepONE

Initially I require detailed plans, elevations, site plan ect. in .dwg format. Site photos and reference images are useful too, the more information I receive the more accuratethe final result will be.

stepTWO

In order for 3D scenes to come to life, digital lights must be placed to illuminate models. Proper lighting must be realistic enough to be believable, but dramatic enough to convey the intended mood.

stepTHREE

In this phase, materials, textures, and colors are added to the 3D model. Every component of the model receives a different shader-material to give it an appropriate look.

stepFOUR

If brightness, color or contrast needs to be tweaked, these changes are completed in an image manipulation software. Effects like depth-of-field blurring, fog or smoke can be integrated into the scene.

HERE YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I AM WRITING YOU FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD, IS THERE A PROBLEM IN THAT TO COLLABORATE WITH YOU?
Absolutely none. Skype (with screen sharing), Email and Dropbox are a tested and effective method for telecommuting. Have no doubt about it.

WHAT IS THE COST OF PERFORMING AN IMAGE?
I do not have rates. Explain your project and I will be very specific in the budget.

WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO PREPARE A BUDJET?
The correspondent to a basic project, in pdf format.

WHAT INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO DEVELOP WORK?
The full project in DWG format; description of materials, photos, etc. The purpose of supplying as much detail as possible is to insure the first draft that is sent through is as close as possible to the design and look that you would like to achieve.
